Coral Reef or Nine Dragons?

What would everyone recommend, I have never done either of these:

Nine Dragons or Coral Reef?

I can only pick one, the other days restaurants are already set. I love Chinese food but the atmosphere at reef seems nice. The other restaurants I have booked are:

Breakfast:

Boatwrights Dinging Hall

Dinner:

1900 Park Fare
Boma
San Angel Inn
Le Cellier
Sci-Fi
Tony’s Town Square Restaurant
Crystal Palace

We just decided to add the Dining plan last night after we learned more about it, this is one of the greatest things Disney has added now that Im all filled in. Great opportunity to try all these places you never have and many your really never even knew existed at a great value. As if I couldn't get any more excited, this is an adventure in itself.
