DS & I LOVE seafood so we want at least one seafood meal on our trip. DH is not a big fan & DD won't touch it. Do we go Cape May or Coral Reef? We'll be on DP so cost is not an issue.

Thanks,
Pooch

I ate at both my last trip and thought the food was great at both. The difference is that Cape May is a buffet style where Coral Reef is made to order. Both have non-seafood options to satisfy your hubbie and daughter. The desserts are great at both as well. The Coral Reef has ambiance over the Cape May because of the Living Seas, but the Cape May is all you can eat. So I guess if you want steamers mussels and peel and eat shrimp, go for Cape May, if you want other seafood, go for the Coral Reef.

Cape May has a kids buffet to go along with the dinner buffet. Its more of a clam bake as far as seafood goes. We have done both and we didn't care for the Coral Reef.

We went to the Coral Reef in September. My husband hates seafood, so he got the Filet Mignon, LOVED It!!! I got the Lobster Tail, best I have ever eaten. Our DS(6) enjoyed the food and the Living Seas view.

I would highly recommend it, even my husband wants to go back. Unfortunately our next trip is not until Sept 2007 :guilty:

Coral Reef. Excellent atmosphere, terrific service, good food (the Mahi Mahi was excellent), and it's not a buffet.

Coral Reef has great Filet Mignon. Our 12 yr old couldn't find anything on the kid's menu (he's such a picky eater), so I told him to order the Filet. Well, he is in love with Filet Mignon now. And looking forward to eating at Coral Reef again in the future.
