Coral Reef Menu with your own pictures

I read about this on the DIS, but of course when I need the info I cannot find it. Someone mentioned that you can have a custom made menu made when you dine at the Coral Reef by e-mailing your own pictures.
My nephew is getting married next fall and they are honeymooning at WDW.
I was telling his bride to be about the Coral Reef menu and she is very interested in doing this as a surprise for Chris. If anyone knows the info or where to find the thread the info was in I would be most appreciative. Thanks in advance.

1) Give the eatery a little time.
2) They are not taking special requests for next year.
3) They may start charging for the diver sign and special menus.
4) There are just so many requests since people hype it on the web.
