In September (9-14-9-22) we will be on the Free DDP. The four kids in our party birthday's are (All Girls) D2ndC Sept. 16th (16th Birthday), DN Sept. 28th (13th Birthday), D2ndC Oct. 3rd (12th Birthday), and My DD Oct. 4th (9th Birthday) YES, Sept and Oct is the birthday season for us.:lmao:

Here are our TS ADR

Sept. 15 'Ohana Breakfast
Sept. 16 Princess Storybook Breakfast
Sept. 16 Coral Reef
Sept. 17 Chef Mickey's Dinner
Sept. 18 LLT (DD Has ressies at BBB at MK)
Sept. 19 50's Prime Time
Sept. 20 GF Cafe (Cinderella's Gala Feast)
Sept. 21 WCC

My question is what could you suggest to do for the 16 year old at Coral Reef. Should I call ahead and ask about the diver maybe order a special cake Or do you think that the free Birthday dessert they give is ok? Does anyone have a picture?

I was thinking maybe to have a cake or cakes ordered for the other 3 or all 4 when we go to the GF Cafe (Cinderella's Gala Feast)

Would you tell the Hotel that we will be celebrating all of their birthday during our stay?

I would like to know everyone thoughts.:goodvibes

THANKS!

i'd have it noted on the reservations as well as whichever (and all) ADRs. you should remind the restaurants when you get there as well. they're usually good at checking the notes but you never know.

i would use the coral reef as an excuse to celebrate all of them. i did both the diver and the personalized menu but ordered a cake (all detailed in my trip report in my sig). i'm sure it was because of the diver that we were given a window table, but the diver is one giant step beyond what most restaurants can do, so it might be a bit unfair if it was geared towards just one person in your case.

If you are eating at the GF Cafe, I would order a cake from the GF Bakery and have it for dessert there. They make the most wonderful cakes at the GF. It could be for all the birthdays!!!

We did the Coral Reef for my Dad's BDay and he loved it. They did need to be reminded at the reservations desk however. I am not sure why because they did have the cake I ordered. We ended up hardly touching it because you still get dessert and with the whole meal we were all too full. The diver was funny and we had an extra special treat....Mickey was diving in the tank!!! He swam for quite a while !!! Didn't even know the mouse did that...it was great!!!
