Coral Reef diver?

I've left a couple of messages for Debbi and Meredith at Coral Reef to request a diver to display a sign for my bday (September) but no one has returned my calls. Anyone know the best time to give them a call and get an actual person on the phone? I was really hoping I could reserve this. Thanks.

I doubt this will help you any, but I called about mid morning and Debbi answered right away. How long have you been waiting for a call back?

A couple of weeks. I called in the evening and got Debi's voicemail. Then I called a week later in the morning (I think it was the Coral Reef itself) and got voicemail again. Maybe I'll try again this morning. Thanks.

I called about two weeks ago and left a voice mail and she called me back the same day. She was so nice. It was Debbi and I told her, I can't believe you are calling me back the same day. She was lovely and very sweet.

I think it is always better if you get a person on the phone. I arranged for the Diver sign to say "Melissa loves Rob" for our July 27th ADR to surprise my boyfriend since he paid for our trip for my birthday. I called, talked to Meredith and then called her back with the details but she was not there so I was able to talk to someone else who took the message. I believe she mentioned her days off were during the week- I have her hours written down somewhere if you are still having a problem. Be sure to call on a non-rush meal time like mid-afternoon or late morning. Hope that helps! Good luck!
PS- The diver is free! And they will give you the sign as a memento before you leave!

You just have to call the Coral Reef restaurant number. You may be able to google it or find it on allears.net, I am not home or I would actually have it for you.

oh, i have the restaurant number 'cause my ds has food allergies and they gave it to us to call the day before we dine to "warn" them that we're coming! (LOL)

Just called and they would not book my message for Sept. They said they will be changing the way the do the tank messages and really didnt want to accept any ressies until the decide what the changes would be. He also said to call in about a month, and the changes should be in effect for aug. I know Im a little early, but does anybody know what the changes might be?(fee)

I know that right now there is a certain set up. For instance, when we come in our ADR will be hi-lighted in a certain color, which means we have the diver package and need to be seated by the tank and such. So, my guess would be that it would have to do with that type of thing- the mechanics of it all. I called in February for our end of July ADR and they told me I was an "early bird". As long as you remember to call a month from now, I am sure you will have no problems.

I just talked to Debbi, She is very pleasant and down to earth. She gave me all the details for our reservations and even changed the time for us so that we can have a diver come down. She told me that there are no divers between 3p and 4p. Our ress was for 3:20p so she changed us to 2:00p. She is awesome!!!!
