I waited a week the first time I called and then I tried back again. I was able to talk to someone the second time around and got everything set up for my DH's birthday. Good luck getting through and hope that everything comes together for you!

Yes, she is definitely wonderful! I hope to get to meet her when we are there! I definitely want to recognize her with the 'higher ups' in some way!

I felt that same way when she came through for me last May. I wanted to thank her when we went to our ADR, but she wasn't there. When I asked where she was, they said she usually only works during the day. So maybe you will actually get to say hi to her (I think you said your ADRs are for lunch), please tell her THANK YOU for me as well! She is such a sweet heart and shows the real Disney spirit that I think Walt would be so proud of.

Debbie takes your photos that you send in and put them on a printed out version of the menu so you can take it home with you when your done. She prints the pictures on the menu when she prints the whole menu out. It's pretty neat, my daughter was impressed! And she's only 8! So much so that my son was jealous and finally said he wanted to celebrate his birthday while there too! (their birthdays are only a couple of weeks apart) LOL He said he wanted to have his pictures on the menu! LOL I told him before we left that I would make sure his birthday was celebrated while there if he wanted me to, and he thought it would be to kiddy and didn't want me to (he was going to be 15 at the time) so he missed out. You'll love the menu, my daughter still has it. Enjoy!
This time it will be my brothers turn! I'm so excited! It will actually be both of our birthdays, but it feels pretty silly to have them do it for me, so this will be all about him! I can't wait!

I believe that should do the trick. I assume you mean using the code to England (44, yes?) plus the area code for what location you are, then your number.

Does anyone know what time the divers are in the water for dinner reservations? I am calling next week to hopefully get a time at 5:00 on a Friday and I was just wondering if the divers would be in the tank around that time. Thanks!
