Coral Reef Diver and Personalized Menus?

I have heard about this but have no idea 1) how much it costs or 2) how to arrange it?

Has anyone here done either of these and if so, how did you arrange it???

My wife just surprised me with a diver for our anniversary and my b-day. It is free and I think you have to contact the manager of Coral Reef to get it done. They only have a few per day and you need to be sitting down my the tank to see it.

It was pretty cool though, and it is one of the reasons I Love her.
