Coral Reef Discrepancy with DDP.

We e-mailed them 5 photos of my family and they put them on the menu with a title saying "Nemo and Friends welcome the ______family". DD5 thought is was super cool! And what a grat keepsake. I called the Coral Reef (call disney dining and ask for the Coral Reef and there is a prompt to talk to a manager to arrange a menu or a diver with a personal banner.

How far in advance did you arrange this? Thanks for the information.

We were very fortunate. I arranged it less than a week before we were to be there. The banner was really cool. A diver swam up to the window with a doodle board and wrote my daughter's name with a question mark. After we nodded that it was us he opened the banner which said, "Ellie, Ariel says hi!" We weren't celebrating anything. I know some people will say happy birthday or anniversary or propose. We just wanted a little extra Disney Magic. But Debbie the manager said they limit the number of banners per day but it is free. And very cool! It also gave us a table right at the window of the aquarium!
