We had lunch (without the children) a few years ago here and saw a diver deliver a Happy Birthday note to a little girl sitting next to the tank. The CM that helped us book the meal for our son's birthday did not know how to request this does- anyone know?? Thanks!

We just did this at 9/20 ADR it was so beautiful. Of course my daughter who turned 5 years old didn't understand but it meant alot to me and her dad.

I need to find you the number. We had Louis (CM) helped us and he was WONDERFUL went beyond his duties. I wrote a nice compliment to his manager for his outstanding work.

We ordered 6 in cake for her
We had the diver say Happy 5th Birthday (name)
And we had a personalized menu with a special poem and her picture. I emailed it him.

I'd love to get this information also. I called a number that the CM gave me when I made the ADR, but that was over three weeks ago, and I still haven't heard back. We'd like to do a diver sign for our DD in February. Thanks!
