Coral Reef and Anniversary

I will going to the Coral Reef in Sept. I have reservations but have heard you can get the Divers to present a Happy Anniversary message. Can someone tell me how to arrange this and any costs involved. My DW and I will be celebrating our 24th.

First of all--Happy Anniversary! My DH & will also be celebrating at the Coral Reef in Sept. for our 30th! I have a diver arranged. You need to call the Coral Reef directly & ask for Debbie, the manager. She's great & will help you out with all of the arrangements. I'm sorry, but I'm at work right now & don't have the number to call. You can also request personalized menus. You just e-mail a few pictures & what you'd like to say. She'll take care of the rest! I hope you can get it all worked out.

Be aware there are limited diver bookings each day, you'll need to call and check with Debbi for your date. You will need your ADR #. My son had his birthday there this past month and she did the menu for us. It turned out really cute. I also ordered a cake. The diver was already booked for our date and our adr was at 8:00 which is too late. I think you have to have an adr prior to 7:00 or 7:30. Good luck.

Please note that Debbie does not want her personal phone number and especially her e-mail posted. This as a huge no-no and you might get a PM from a mod to verify. That said if she receives an unsolisited e-mail the system labels it as spam and it is deleted, sometimes making it a bit difficult for you to contact her when you have to.

Is there another number to call? I called the number above and it sounded like the Coral Reef itself and gave several choices to direct you, but no names.

I called two days ago, anyone know about how long till someone returns your call? I left an e-mail address, phone number, ADR# and date. I just don't know when I should try back.

I received an answer in about 3 days. Some are more, some less. It sounds like the number is now directed to the CR. The restaurant number is 407-560-6784. Don't give up. You will get a call back. But don't afraid to call again. Sometimes they are just so busy.

I called last Friday, and still have not heard....I just called and left another message. I would love to get just a personalized menu for my daughter's birthday at the end of the month.....Keeping fingers crossed .

ANyone know if Debbi is still there? I just sent her my pics for my trip in 2 weeks and got an out of office but did not have a return date..just want to make sure my menu will get done.

When I called and left a message for Debbie last week, her voicemail said she was on vacation from ~7/16 until 7/30. She's probably VERY swamped on catching up with work.

How did you get her direct voice-mail? When I called I just had to choose front podium or something else. Nothing with a persons name. Should I call and actually talk to a person to ask for "Debbie".

We have an ADR for September 23rd (dinner) but were unable to get a diver, they are booked up. We can still get a personalized menu apparently.

I would not recommend asking to speak with Debbi. What I and others on thos board have done is called the resturant, listen to the prompts and select the one that you need. Most likely you will get a generic voicemail box, Leave a message for someone to call or email you back. Make sure to leave your resrvation number, date of reservation, email address and if you are requesting a menu or a diver.

You wil get call back in 3-5 days.

That's what I did, I listened to the prompts and picked one. The voice message that came up said so-and-so would be on vacation until 7/30 (and from the DIS I knew that Debbi was).
