Coral Cay or similar community?

Hi everyone!
Looking for suggestions on rental communities that have all of the following:
*Hot tubs on the screened lanai like Coral Cay?
*Townhomes/houses with a ground floor master.
*Community pool.

I know Windsor Hills has the inground splash pools - those type would be fine, but need a hand bar/grab bar for entry... and definitely need the 102* hot tub heating levels.

I'm obviously not searching the correct key words here or on google

We stayed at this home in Indian Creek last year and the spa attached to the pool got that hot. You have to request pool/spa heat of course.
