I bought a two day pass in November from Ticketmania. I turned it over and it says "+CW," which means it includes the Citywalk party pass.

I ordered 2 of the 3 day child passes on 1/29 and they were at the Post Office today (2/1)!! They did say on the back 3 day 2 park adult ... wonder if they really are adult passes or the child's?

If it says adult on the back, then it is for an adult.
