Copyright question - cafepress

I had shirts printed with the picture my daughter made in my signature below. Cafepress has since pulled the picture from my account and said that it violated copyright. I hoped that some of you who make scrapbooking images might be able to point to, or explain to me what is legal and what is not.

I am reasonably sure that Cafepress is protecting them self against a possible violation of a Disney copyright.

I'm sure they are...I guess my question is, how do I find out what is and what isn't a violation. I would like to share the design with friends but don't want to get myself in trouble.

I'd venture a guess that anything that resembles a Disney image is a violation.
