Anyone know the breakdown of how many studios at copper creek have the walk in showers vs tub combination? I don't have a preference, just want to wait list the option that has the largest number of rooms available to increase my slim chances

That said, of these units, we don't know how many are bookable on points. 48 units were in the initial declaration, and there has been some theorizing that more units MAY be bookable on points than declared and/or that the points-bookable units may not match up to the declared units (which are the units to which sold points can attach by deed). The initial declaration:

3 Dedicated Studios
4 Dedicated One Bedroom Villas
10 Lockoff Two Bedroom Villas
17 Dedicated Two Bedroom Villas
2 Grand Villas
12 Cabins

So, if you subscribe to a theory of "only declared units can book on points," there are up to 13 bookable studios. We have no idea how many of each configuration are within this declaration. If you subscribe to a theory of "they can book whatever and declaration just reflects deeds," we still have no clue how many of each are bookable.

In other words: Whichever you waitlist, it is a pure, in the dark guess.

I think waitlisting for a walk in shower would be the best bet. I don't have any facts, but while waiting to book at the 7 month window for feb prez weekend, the tub rooms went fast, while the shower rooms did not get booked up as quickly. Plus some folks who booked shower rooms may be waitlisted for tub rooms, which would free the shower rooms more.....no facts on my thinking, just observation.

Thanks for your helpful info. I also think I've seen a couple stray days pop up here and there on the RAT for the walk in shower studio, so i may waitlist that one. Fingers crossed someone cancels or they release more inventory!

probably b/c people with kids HAVE to have a tub in order to give them a bath. So everyone with young kids jumps on the tub rooms, leaving the walk-in shower rooms with more availability.
