Copper Creek vs. Boulder Ridge villas

Has anyone stayed at both , and if so, is there a preference?

BRV seems to be larger than CCV. CCV are converted hotel rooms. The studio and one bedroom at CCV are a hard four guests only, no fifth person, except maybe a child under the age of three. BRV has the murphy bed in the studio and you can fit a fifth person aged three or older in the one bedroom (but you provide the bedding and bed - like an airbed).
