They obviously only sleep 4.

Is there any chance in the future DVC will add a sleeper chair in either?

I had heard something about fire codes, but then when comparing the square footage between CCV and other DVC’s the square footage is only slight smaller

I know they recently made some accommodations at other DVC resorts in the 1 bd to add 5 person

I was just wondering if its completely a code thing and they are prevented from adding the chair, or whether its something they can do with enough feedback in the future

No chance IMO. There just isn't room for a sleeper chair.

I would put the chances at 0.

1. These were built in 2017, after they converted BCV and BWV. This was a deliberate design decision.

2. This design decision was made because these units are the smallest/near smallest studios and 1BRs in the system.

3. Many units are oddly shaped and there simply isn't a way to fit them.

I don't think it's code. But it was a deliberate, recent decision, in small, oddly-shaped units.
