Anyone know where I can find a copy of the Copper Creek Bylaws / Declaration / Public Offering Statement? Thanks!

Most of the CCV composite site POS can be found online at the Orange County Comptrollers site:
http://or.occompt.com/recorder/web/? Click I Accept, and then on the next page in the Document # box put 20170096685 and click search; on next page where document is shown, click View Image; it may take some time to appear because it is a lot of pages. The portion of the POS there provides the Declaration plus exhibits, which include By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, DVC Resort Agreement, Disney Vacation Club Membership Agreement, and others. You can download it as a pdf.

What you will not find on that site is the the summary of the POS that appears before the Declaration, and you will not find any of the separate Multisite POS. Unless someone has put those online, you will need to get them elsewhere, either via a formal written request (meaning send an actual letter) to DVC (it should provide them to you if you are already an owner but can charge for copying pages), or a formal written request to the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes. Particularly with the Division, you need to be specific as to what you are requesting ,e.g., the "Multisite Public Offering Statement for Disney's Copper Creek Villas and Cabins that was provided by Disney Vacation Development Co. in February 2017 or in some month not long before February 2017." (February 2017 is when the Declarations were filed with the Comptroller.) You may need thereafter to have several phone conversations with someone assigned to your request to finally get them to fully understand what you are looking for, and the Division can charge per page for copying, although you may be able to avoid most of that charge by just having the documents sent electronically.

And for those looking for the declarations and exhibits of the other WDW resorts on the Orange County Comptroller’s site, the applicable search information to put in on the search page is the following:

OKW Book 4361 Page 2551
BWV Book 5101 Page 147
BLT Doc # 20080532599
AKV Doc # 20070050562
VGF 20130171571
Poly 20150007003
SSR 20040270179
BRV 20010015531
BCV 20020251548
RIV 20190114799

for direct purchases, they provide the multi-site and resort specific public offering statements; if it was a recent purchase, they do so electronically via https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/collateral-docs/ (requires login)

I'm not sure if the documents are available for resale purchases or older direct purchases but it doesn't hurt to look; with multiple membership ids, each one needs to be selected (top left) to see the collateral documents related to that membership id
Thanks for this!

I have some paper copies & a CD with the rest from our purchase (back in 1999), but it's great to have electronic access to the updates. Now I have it. :). Uploaded to Google Drive so I can keep track of changes (if I remember to check for them, LOL).

Appreciate the sharing.

Interesting that they have finally done something to allow you get the POS's online, at least if you are a member or someone purchasing from DVD. I went to the link and found my BWV and AKV POS's, which any existng member should be able to do since I have not purchased any contracts for over 10 years (stopped considering any purchases after DVC established the first anti-resale purchaser rule -- prohibiting resale purchasers from using the Disney Collections -- believing then that DVC, in the name of profits, was just taking its first step, to be followed by others, to becoming an anti-member timeshare company rather than one that favored members.)

However, DVC apparently wants to keep the documents secret from most people. Unless you actually know the exact internet site address, https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/collateral-docs/, it is impossible to find the applicable webpage. For example, if you do word searches on Google, it never comes up. Also, if you sign in as a member to the DVC Member website, there is no link anywhere to that page or even something that leads to that page, and, based on my trying numerous word searches on the website, there appears to be no way to find the applicable webpage by doing a search. Apparently, easy access to important information is not something that DVC likes happening.

I would like to see the disboards site add to this site the link provided in this thread, which takes one to the POS's, such as by putting it in the DVC Resouce Center.

It is now included in the DVC Resource Center on page 10.

As noted above by drusba, it does require DVC Members to login into their DVC account to review the Public Offering Statements & Disclosures. I don't see any way to get to this page from the DVC Member Home page for our accounts. All of our purchases are listed going back to June, 1993.

Thanks for the suggestion! :)

What Are These Documents?
These disclosure documents provide key information pertaining to the vacation ownership interest you are purchasing as required by applicable law.
After you finish reviewing these documents, please return to the DocuSign session to review other documents and complete the signing process.
If you previously purchased and own a vacation ownership interest at another Disney Vacation Club Resort, current versions of the documents for that other Disney Vacation Club Resort, which are unrelated to your current Purchase Transaction, are displayed for your convenience only.

How Can I Keep Copies of These Documents?
You can revisit the documents on this page at any time by using the link we have provided to you. However, some of the documents on this page may be updated from time to time to reflect the most current version.
If you want to keep this version of the documents, you must download or print them at this time. They may be downloaded as PDF files by clicking on the hyperlinked document and choosing the “Save a copy” option from the toolbar/menu once the document opens. If you choose to print, the print out will have a large number of pages (up to several hundred).
You can also request paper copies from us at any time, but if you wish to ask us for paper copies of the versions originally presented to you on this page, you must make your request before your Purchase Transaction closes.

Thanks for the addition. The site does require member sign on. As a member you will get the POS documents for the resort you own and not others. But the site reads like something DVC also provides to new purchasers during the sale process, and it likely provides such purchasers the means to sign on.
