copies of photopass pics

I'm not sure which board this should go on, but thought I would try here. While in the MK last year, my daughter and I got a great picture in front of the castle taken by photopass. I ordered what I wanted and love the picture. My daughter needs to bring a picture of the two of us to school for a Mother's Day project, and she says that is the pic she wants to bring. I only got the one copy from photo pass, and I can't use that one as we will not get the picture we send in back. Is it ok to take these photopass pictures to one of the kiosks in walmart or target, scan them and get a copy that way? I didn't see a copyright on the back, but I'm not sure. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I know they give you a release when ordering the CD maybe try thier sight to see if they have a general release.

Then again you could just try it and see. Wal-mart is very hard as I think they have been sued a few times.
