COP the week of Christmas?

I will be at WDW the week of Christmas (Dec. 21-27)

Has anyone ever been at this time and if so, was COP open for the high capacity crowds?

From everything Ive heard, Im optimisitic that it will be open. Obviously, Im not counting on it definitely being open, but Im sure hoping!
