We are a party of 7. Can 6 of us use DAS and one (who has LL) coordinate so we can all ride at the same time?

This is fairly difficult to do. Just because the standby time (aka when you'll return for DAS) says 40 minutes, so say 1:40 PM you return, it does nor mean the lightning lane return time is 1:40. In fact it's usually seceral hours late if not nonexistent or sold out entirely. Plus there are a lot of restrictions on when you can boom lightning lanes and waiting periods between them vs DAS you can book another right away after where that may not be the case with lightning lane.
Ultimately no this really won't work as a strategy.

You can go in person and ask if they can make an exception and add the 7th person to your DAS, probably won't be able to be added to prebooked times though, at least not officially, but you may be able to ask at each attraction if they can come on the prebooked times, the worth they can say is no.

I would ask to add the 7th person. If they won't do it, yes, it is easy to coordinate, provided the LL person makes their reservations first and then the DAS holder keeps an eye on the standby wait and requests the DAS so it can be redeemed during the LL window. The good thing about DAS is it's an open ended return time, so if you LL return is, say 1:30 to 2:30, you can obtain a DAS that has a return time anywhere in that window OR before it, so you can ride together.
