Coordinating an ADR Drop

Hi all, this is my first time trying to coordinate an ADR drop and want to make sure I give myself the best chance for success. If a friend currently holds an ADR that they are dropping, is it as simple as sitting down together at different computers (at the same time)? They drop their ADR, I refresh my page, (hopefully) see the time they had, and then scoop it up.

Am I missing anything? Thanks!
