Coolest HM Contest EVER is for Kids!

Ok I am going to start with I am so bummed I am too old for this contest but if you can get the radio station and have a kid you might be able to win a chance to sleep IN the Haunted Mansion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, Disneyluvr2 (I hope I am getting the screen name right) started a thread about it a couple of weeks ago - did you miss it? And then a couple of us posted info regarding the rules of the contest and the "Kid Breaks" and all that. And I think M&B are staying in the Dream Suite the night before their live DLR broadcast, and the winners of the night in the HM will stay at the DLH the night before, I think. I would have wanted to win just for the Family 4-pack of 3-day Hoppers!

I totally missed it. With baby on it's way I haven't been on Dis as much, especially since it is too much work right now to just head to the parks, which makes me a little sad.

I would love some one here to win so I can see pictures!!

I can imagine that heading to the parks would be very tiring and strenuous for you at this point!! After the little one arrives, we may not see you around here much for a while, right? I think you may have your hands full for a while!

I know, I would love to see pictures too - I envision that there must be some sort of secret room in the HM that is set up as a 'hotel room' temporarily for people to sleep in, but I am dying to see it. I was SO annoyed when it turned out to be something that KIDS had to call and win! That is adult discrimination!!! But even aside from the HM, the 3-day Hoppers would have been great to win. Drat!

Actually they are sleeping in the stretching room/elevator, my sister says she sees sleeping bags all over the floor. I wonder where all those kids are going to brush their teeth and go pee.

Yes, I imagine I might take some break, but not too long as I will have lots of baby related questions as I know we are going to DL for my Birthday at the very least for Halloween and we are planning a 1/2 day trip to WDW for DH and his BIL's birthdays (they are the same day).

I know....I wish my friends with kids didn't live so far away! Never before have I had such a sudden urge to be a mom!!!

Really? They are sleeping in the stretching room? That's awesome!!! (I am sure at least one CM will be sleeping right next to them the whole night!) But, yes, they HAVE to give them access of some kind to a bathroom. Sometimes nature calls in the middle of the night and you don't want it to call on the HM floor! There has got to be a hidden bathroom or little room for CMs or something somewhere in there where the winners can take care of business if needed.

My kid might not be out in time, and if they are I can't imagine them being amusing enough to win darn it

Yeah, I imagine they will use one of the CM bathrooms backstage, it just seems so odd that you will get to stay in the cool HAUNTED MANISON!!!!! then go use the break room bathroom haha! If it's anything like some of my break rooms they are doing some scrubing now to make it look less sad

This is so cool, I agree I wish us kid's at heart had a chance too

Well I'm glad to hear JUST the winning kid and their family would be staying the night. I thought it was going to be all the winners, that would be weird for me.
