ARE YOU ALLOWED TO TAKE SOFT-SIDED COOLERS INTO MK, AK EPCOT, OR MGM? IF SO , WHAT SIZE? WE HAVE ONE THAT IS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A VERY LARGE PURSE. WOULD THIS BE ALLOWED? THANKS FOR THE INFO! WE'RE LEAVING FOR OUR FIRST DISNEY VACATION ON THURSDAY!!!1

yes i belive that you can take coolers that size. There are lockers for rent at the front of each park to store them.

I take a cooler of some sort every time I go to Disney. I have taken the baby bag with built in cooler, the regular expandable cooler and a backpack with one built in. The security just look inside for weapons, glass or alchol thats it. We bring water, capri sun etc. Have fun!

Thats what I've heard... Coolers are a must to keep cool. Drinks, snacks, ice,, saves alot.. I bought one from QVC $9.00 and it's a collapsable one that hold 24 12 oz cans. You can put it in the frig the night before and it keep everything cold all day..

Oh, Just remembered do not take in one that rolls that you have to pull along after you. Have seen security not allow that. Guess it could trip guests etc.

I used the tupperware cooler that works for their casserola holders. Not sure the name but holds a icepack with cans of pop.
We used it with icepack, couple cans of Mountain dew * which is not found in the world* and couple bottles, sipper cup and small bottle of water. we were set. it had a detachable strap so could put on stroller handle or backpack if not under the stroller.
Easy to carry around all day and not worry about lockers that are at the beginning of the park.....

Have a magical time ---- 2 more days!!! then you will be there.

I have brought in one that holds 3 cans of soda across the bottom and 2 cans high. It had a shoulder strap, and similar to a large purse, and had no problem. Wish the same for you
