Coolers in parks

Can we bring in coolers to the parks? what is the size limits and does it have to be a soft sided cooler?

I have seen all shapes and sizes, including the soft rolling ones.

People are not supposed to use rolling ones in the parks - CMs can ask you to put it in a locker. Actually, in some recent posts, anything on wheels has been denied through security in some instances.
