You can leave it as bailment at Lost and Found. Also they have large family size lockers by the strollers and wheelchair rentals that will hold large coolers.
Rent one of the strollers if you have young children. We always did and it really came in handy for holding our coolers, refillable cups, and popcorn bucket. I will miss not using one this year.

We're staying at HRH so we probably won't bring one, it is nice to know that its allowed however. I'll just ask DH to wear his pocket shorts lol and fill him up

One reason I am looking forward to Universal over Disney is less strollers. (At least I hope so.) I would think many families with young children don't go to Universal.

US/IOA are two favorite parks for my oldest! (My second child doesn't remember - she was 2 months on one trip and 9 months on the next. My oldest was 3). Even if we only have 4 days to do parks, US/IOA are always on the list. We're headed there very soon with an 11 month old, nearly 4 year old, and 6.5 year old. Pre-kids, I didn't realize there was much for kids to do. But after my oldest loving it, I found out I was wrong! My oldests favorite ride out of all the Disney Parks and Universal Parks is Men in Black. (He barely made the 42" at 3.5 years old. I think Spiderman may have been a bit much for him at 3.0 years old though).
I find the child-crowds are much better than say, Fantasyland. But there are still lots of kids. DH and I used to skip Fantasyland when we went pre-kids just to avoid all the strollers. (And then we grumbled about how we would never go to Orlando parks with kids until they were out of strollers, but that changed!)
