Cooler ?

can I bring ina cooler that is soft sided& has wheels on the bottom like the backpacks?

I have asked that question since 2006 for my first trip, and I just got back from my 2nd trip. There answer to me was no, they are not allowed... But you know security doesn't look at the whole cooler, just turn the wheels to you and they can easily over see it. I saw them in my first and 2nd trip, and I was always thinking to msyelf, I should of brought it, I should of brought it. So i'd say, try it. I've seen them there. They are so helpful... But the rule is no...

I think they don't want you pulling anything behind you as it could be a trip hazzard for others, especially in crowds.

the way i understand the rule is it has to be able to fit into a locker. plus like the pp mentioned, you really cant pull anything behind you.

They do not allow wheeled backpacks or coolers in the parks. This is coming from my mom who was a Disney specialized travel agent for 15 years. However, you can bring a cooler in (which is what we are planning on doing for our 3 year old picky eater) but it needs to be small enough to fit in a locker or under your stroller. So this rules out the big hard sided ones and of course you could try and "sneak" one in. I would suggest against doing so since #1 it's against the rules and #2 other guests could get hurt, especially kids.

By the way, I found a great soft collapasable cooler, big enough for a family of 4 (even though mine is only 3) at our local camping/sporting goods store, Joe's. Not sure if you have this store in your area but my DH LOVES them! The cooler is huge and was cheap at $15! Target and even Walmart had smaller ones for much more $$$.

Yes they do allow some coolers but you have to have baby bottles or medicine in them. That's what I was told.
