From our Sunday ad, they are cooler sticks that you put in the freezer--long tube shaped--that fit in any standard bottled water to make/keep it cold. As we are headed to WDW after , I'm thinking they might be work great. I usually just freeze water bottles but then my kids sometimes complain that they are too cold. Any ways they are only two bucks so it's worth a try.
T-5 and counting! MJ:) :) :) :Pinkbounc

That is a great idea--especially for WDW in the summer!!! Our summers are hot. I'll have to remember that! Probably a lot easier than freezing the water, too.

Thansk for the tip mollyjo. Sounds like a good thing to have. I also freeze the water but this would be good for long car rides also.

I purchased 2 packs (2 per pack) that I also like to use in a tall glass of iced tea. Since I drink tea with a straw, I place one in my glass, and my tea does not get watered down. Love them.
Is there a freezer compartment on the ship? I didn't think there was. If so, that would be a great idea.

I got something similar from Targets, it doesn't even keep a bottle cold through a soccer game on a warm day.

The other thing to consider is that hotel fridge/freezers usually aren't cold enough to freeze anything. They just keep stuff cool. At least that's what I've found. I also freeze water bottles at home and have found it handy (esp. here in TX) but haven't had much luck doing so in hotels.

You know what I meant:p I was talking about in the cabin refridgerators :) You are such a funny guy. You sure do know how to throw those lines out. Have a great day tomorrow, because it's almost midnight now.

I also bought the same thing at Walmart. I have to agree with spoon2003. I purchased these for my DS's for their baseball games....they don't keep them cold throughout the games.
Sorry to be a downer.:(

Yes....we ended up with warm beer. I wish I had thought to fill the garbage can with ice and keep the beer in there. Hubby isn't crazy about the warm beer!

Great idea about the sticks. I'll have to look somewhere else since we don't have Walgreens around here. What is the official brand name?

THANKS! :)

I put warn sodas in the cabin cooler and after a few hours they were as cold as a refrigerator.

I had no problem with the cooler cooling drinks.

I wonder if some work better than others.
