Cool stars on the Muppet Show

We have been getting DVDs of the old Muppet Show series from Netflix. So much fun!

Anyway... I have 2 sons who are 10 and 13 and are very "cool" if you know what I mean. They don't take their entertainment choices lightly. 13 yo enjoys Metallica and Korn and 10 year old takes his movie viewing with as much violence as we will allow. Just to paint that picture for you.

So they're watching one of the Muppet Shows the other night (which has somehow passed the "coolness test.") Oldest DS calls to me "Mom, come here - who is this guy, he's really cool." Scratching my head I peek in to see ... Paul Williams Don't get it? How is he cool?

There was one that had Mark Hammil and other Star Wars characters if they are into that.

Most guests were cool because the bits were funny. Had very little to do with who the guest was.

I think they should get Fieldy and Munky from KoRn, now THAT would not only be cool, but hysterical!

My all time favorite was with John Denver and the Muppets singing the 12 Days of Christmas!
