Does anyone have any advice for a good "cool pillow" that I could use at home and would not weight 2,496lbs when flying? :confused3 I have to take my own pillows (a memory foam version) while traveling and they weigh a ton!

Lately, due to my Syringomyelia (cervical) I have been having awful flare ups of extreme body temp fluxuations at night. (This is a symptom, but has been bad past few weeks) I have been using my cooling belt, separated from its other half and wrapping it around my pillow. However, this only gets a "band" of my head cool and slides all over at night, plus the ice packs don't give until about 2 hours in. It's a very uncomfortable system I'm working with.

The reviews are sometimes written by sellers, I would appreciate actual people feedback:thumbsup2

Any suggestions would be kindly appreciated.

I'd love to know this too, plus cooling for the mattress too. I sometimes wake up drenched from head to foot.

I know there are some heating pads that can be put in the freezer and are full of beads so they may have more give... other than that, I am not sure... hope someone can help.
