Cool Great Wolf Lodge Review

She tried comparing it to a WDW water park, which really ain't fair. Those places are incredible. But we'll be staying a few nights at GWL in February in conjunction with a DL trip. My kids loooooooove water slides, so a hotel based on waterslides will be paradise for them. Then we'll move to a hotel closer to DL for the rest of the week.

It sounds like they can nickel and dime you with all the arcades and MagiQuests. But since we'll have APs that time of year, we'll just spend our extra time hitting a few rides at DL. I think there's even mention of a shuttle that goes there for a decent price.

We're locals and went to GWL in June. We all had such a fun time! Of course you should love water slides if you choose to go. We didn't do any of the extras that they charge for as we were mainly going for the water park itself. We'll be going back on a back bounce offer in October.

I did run to the store before heading to GWL and picked up some chicken fingers, mac and cheese, fruit, muffins for breakfast, milk, etc and we had dinner and breakfast in the room. There is a microwave and a small fridge. Definitely cut down on some potential costs!
