I have an awsome tip for long plane rides to Disney and car rides. The thing is a seek and find. A parent could make it for a surprise for there kids. What is needed is :
2 quilting squares of fleece
1 piece of plastic
a package of small clear bead type items or round balls (I can not remember what it is called.)
Kids favorite toys/disney characters etc... but they are not the full size but minature
So you will sew together the two quilting pieces but have a square in the center of it to put the plastic . Put the items in the bag with the beads.
Attack a list of what the child needs to find. This is fun even for adults. So you could make as many as you want. This is also an idea of how to surprise your kids that you are going to Disney! Hope this awsome tip helps. I a m sorry about some of the spelling I am having issues typing today!
