Cool bags/rucksack

Hi all ,gonna take the plunge and start taking a packed lunch (bottled water,crisps,sandwich etc) into the theme parks I know sea world your not allowed ,anyone got any advice on size ,goods allowed etc (there's 3 of us) will mostly be disney /universal / busch gardens were visiting ,thankyou

You can take a 'normal' size soft cool bag into the parks but they don't allow hard ones or those trunk like ones on wheels. I don't think you are allowed glass bottles in either, or alcohol. The bag check staff will just glance through but lots of people do take packed food into the parks. Just a quick tip...if you can freeze some bottles of water so they act like ice packs to keep your stuff cool.
