Anyone have any ideas what I can coat the chops with prior to grilling?

I just sprinkle on spices....you can use either or a combination of:

seasoned salt
pepper
paprika
oregano or basil
tarragon

soak in italian salad dressing, or any kind oil based salad dressing!

I marinate in McCormick's marinades for at least an hour prior to grilling.

I marinate them in honey mustard dressing or a lime dressing.

I just sprinkle mine with Tastefully Simple seasoning salt and it's so good. I have also cooked mine on the George Foreman grill with no seasoning and they still taste DELICIOUS! It's my favorite thing to cook on mine.

I marinate mine in soy sauce and a little garlic powder for 20 mins.
DH says they taste like steak! It's wonderful!
