Cooking Classes?

I'm looking for something extra to do with our 12 year old. She's really interested in cooking but I haven't seen any cooking classes outside of Food & Wine. Any ideas?

The cake decorating experience at Amorette's Patisserie is awesome! Highly recommended. Mostly adults there, but there was one pre-teen looking girl when we did it a few months back.
