thanks agin for all your help one more step and i should be there:D

When I start to delete my cookies, I always get a little screen asking me if I am sure I want to delete them, but I haven't gotten that one.

What I would do is delete only a couple at a time. It could be something in there that won't delete, I have something called "index" in my cookie folder that I have never been able to delete.

I'll tell you something else, is everything on the cookie page a big icon? If so, right click the screen, click "view" and then "list" it will fix all of the cookies in a neat little list where you can read them. Everything that says "user@" and then has a site name like milesource, mypoints, etc, can be safely deleted.
