Cookies in Germany on WS

Hi,
When my fiance and I went to WDW this summer we bought some absolutely wonderful cookies from the sweets shop in Germany on the World Showcase, they were chocolate chip cookies with some kind of caramel/coconut mixture on top. We have searched the internet and cookbooks for a recipe but have been unsuccessful thus far. I was hoping someone could help.
