O.K.
So I made a few mistakes when booking this year. But, now I'm wondering if I can right some of my wrongs. I converted my points to reservation points, and they expire in August. Now, her is my idea. Can I book a night now, using my points for a date later than August? Or, does that mean I have to actually stay before August? Another idea is to book for a date before August, then change the date later. We are not going back until next February. It is only a few points, maybe not even enough for a night, but does anyone have any insight into this situation? :confused3

For reservation status points, you can not stay at a DVC resort, they must be used within the Disney collection or Buena Vista/Concierge collections.

I think they can be banked, but will retain reservation status. Contact Member Services, though, to double check.

If they can not be banked, you must use them for stays prior to the end of your current use year.

Plus you will pay the $95 fee to make that non-DVC reservation. Reservation points cannot be banked, borrowed, transferred or use to book a stay through RCI. They will expire at the end of August if you don't use them before that date (they are Sept UY points, correct?).

Good point :) I think I will have to just write it off. Oh well, it was my fault. Next time I will do my research first. :guilty:
