You don't actually "convert" anything. You use a QS or TS credit to pay for 3 snacks in one transaction.

There tends to be a range but, as long as there's an icon indicating that it's allowed on the plan, no. For instance, sundaes & ice cream sandwiches at The Plaza ice cream parlor in MK, Hollywood Scoops in DHS, and Dino Bite in AK are around $7 and covered. Pulled pork fries at FTBBQ in AK are $7, and another that's included.

I browsed all of the QS menus on Allears and noted the snacks that are a great value, along with the ones that are savory/sound yummy.
