Conventions, cheer & large groups

Is there any calendar, site ect that mentions what dates large groups will be at wdw and which resort they will be at? I know buzz has a list on his csr page but I'm wondering about the other resorts.

Unfortunately, there is no "one stop shopping" when it comes to this.

Then if you find there will be something during your dates, you will have to google that event and then find out which resorts are offered in the package for that event. It takes some work, but I've always been able to find this information by doing these 2 things.

kennythepirate typically has pretty accurate crowd calendars. Mom and I have gone during days he has listed as "blue" (or extremely low crowd days) for the past two years and he's been right on the nose!

Also something to remember - generally speaking large groups will fill the All Star resorts first, then POP, then move into the less expensive moderates.

Important reminder: Grand Floridian, Contemporary and the BC/YC are also convention hotels. There's no good one-stop list for any of them when they will have conventions, however.
