I have been at WDW before, but now I'm attending a Nursing Convention at the CS mid April with friend who has never been to WDW. We're arriving a few days early (4/9) so have a Thurs., Fri., Sat. and Sun afternoon free. Mon., Tues., Wed. we have "classes" from 8am to 5pm. and we leave Thurs. am.

Any suggestions as to how to make the best of our time at WDW?

We would like to golf a round if possible and I was thinking of Cirque de Soliel (sp?) and Pleasure Island one evening. Should we forget that and try to see as much of the parks as possible?

Will spring break interfer with our trip? How late will the parks be open?

Help, I'd like to make this a great trip for my friend since I've bragged about WDW so much!

Well I would surely do Magic Kingdom since this is the heart of Walt Disney World. I don't think the official April hours are out yet, I'm going in April too. I saw Cirque de Sole in Vegas and it was beyond words.

I don't think you'll have school break problems; most colleges have spring break in March, and most schools' April vacation is the 3rd week in April. My cousins went around the same time that you'll be there a few years ago, and they said they didn't have crowd issues at all.
I think you would probably have time to hit all the parks. Epcot is usually opened until 9 all year so you could even go over there after your class.

You don't want to miss MGM at closing for Fantasmic!
You really can do a lot in that short amount of time...of course you might need a vacation after...we do full days when we go, however, we're not really into nightlife as much as we're into the parks, so you do what interests you.
You'll have a good time no matter what! :)
