First night, serve chicken quesadillas with black beans and cheese. Spoon mixture into a flour tortilla divided in half, bake for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Next night, use the rest of the chicken for BBQ chicken sandwiches, or chicken noodle soup, etc. Healthy and yummy!!
