I know this is impossible to put an exact number on but how much does a loaded contract increase in price per point. For instance does a a contract with all points banked from 2008 get an extra 2-3 dollars a point or 5-6 ?

The answer will vary based on how the buyer looks at the overall contract. In some situations, there may be no difference in what a buyer is willing to pay - only that the loaded contract might sell faster. There are many variables to consider here, size of the contract, Use Year, Resort - and possibly most importantly - how soon the buyer is interested in using the points. There are some buyers who have no plans to travel this year and really don't care if there are any points at all if they can buy a contract for a little less. Other buyers are looking for contracts with the most points possible and are willing to pay a few more dollars for the loaded contract.

I would expect that you could get a few dollars more for a loaded contract than for one stripped of 2 years of points, but there are other factors to consider. Sorry to not have a more precise answer.
