Contract signature problem

We are in the process of purchasing resale. The sellers just signed their portion of the documents and sent them back and it was just sent to Disney for ROFR. I checked over the docs attached to the email and noticed one of the sellers signed in the "buyers signature" section. I brought this to the brokers attention. Does the paperwork have to be resubmitted?

Your broker should answer this question, that's their job and they are getting paid to do it.
