Contract Points Question!!

We have two contracts, two home resorts. I am wondering, since one of my contracts has less points, am I only able to make ressies 11 months out with only those points or are all my points available?
Ex..100 points at VGC and 200 at AKL. May I call at 11 months out for VGC and use more than 100 points for the ressie??

Yes, only points owned at a specific resort may be used for the 11 month reservation priority. Points from other resorts may be used at 7 months.

At 11 months you may use your current 100 VGC points plus any banked from that resort from the prior year and you may also borrow from the following year. Using this method you could have access to 300 points for a VGC reservation at 11 months every 3 years. The AKV points may not be used at VGC until 7 months.

And sometimes it needs mention why that is the rule. If you could mix points 11 months out for both resorts, everybody would buy hundreds of points at SSR and get a 25 point add-on at BLT and then use all those points at BLT 11 months out effectively eliminating any home resort reservation advantage the usual BLT owner would have.
