For those of you who use contracts, Do you send it via email to the renter and have an electronic signature, then regular mail or fax for written sig? TIA

I send it via email in a word doc and have them sign it and mail it back. After that, I sign it as well and mail a copy back with the DVC acknowledgement. Of course all this happens after a deposit and booking.......I'm sure everyone will have a different way...just do what you feel comfortable with.

We just exchanged via fax - owner sent me a copy with signature, I signed faxed back...then sent deposit as defined in the contract.
