continuing online problem re banking points

anyone know whats wrong with the dvc members website I have been trying to bank points online, been trying for a week now get as far clicking to bank and it comes up there is a system error at the moment. trying to call to do it is a nightmare, continually engaged

If you are not up against a deadline, try just emailing member services. Ask them to email you bank with the banking confirmation number. (Feel free to mention your troubles getting the online system to work. You are not alone, I'm sure).

I successfully bank my remaining 2007 points online on Sunday.
