I've got to laugh! Just logged into my Continental booking and found the following in red writing:

! There has been a schedule change to your reservation. Please see the change in red in Flight Details.

Had a look, was confused as couldn't see much of a difference so got my original paperwork out and guess what.....my flight between Newark and Orlando has been changed from departing at 1.30pm to 1.29pm and arriving at Orlando at 4.12pm instead of 4.13pm :rotfl:

Woooo I get to Orlando a whole minute earlier :woohoo:

:rotfl2: Well at least they let you know about it anyway! Unlike some of the poor posters on another thread who have had their flights cancelled outright and happened to find out by accident.

Now for goodness sake, please make sure you step it up on your way to your gate - you don't want to be denied boarding because you are a minute late! :lmao:

Lat year I got an email from Expedia with a 1 minute change, had to ring a premium phone number to confirm I accepted the change. I was not happy but I told them. Just had an email this evening again from Expedia for a 10 min change but looks like they have changed their policy as no phone confirmation needed as far as I can see, although my online itinery has not been updated yet.

Well, bit of a waste of time telling you that, but at least it isn't a big problem! Panicked a bit when I read the thread title - phew.

We get these and I got tired of them only to discover that my connection has been pushed back an hour on the most recent  The good news is that my return flight has also been pushed back an hour so :confused3 I don't really care so long as we get there :thumbsup2

Just to add that it's definitely worth checking these changes carefully!

Last year I ticked the box confirming I'd seen and accepted what I read as a one hour change to our Continental flight time coming home - only to realise when checking details a few days before our outbound flight that the change had, in fact been one DAY plus one hour later coming home! I couldn't believe I'd missed something so important!

Hehe - huge relief for you though! :goodvibes

Similar thing happened to us last year - think it worked out about 10 mins difference overall , I guess its nice to let you know though..

not so great about letting you know via an expensive phone call though PP!

Luckily I just had to click online that I accepted :thumbsup2

Ohh you had me panicking as I didn't look properly, but I just checked and it's still the same date, phew!

Very good advice though! Would hate to be out by a day! It would make those whole "late for my flight" nightmares seem like a minor inconvenience!!

lol continental must always be changing their schedule we had a 3 min change last year all 1 mins change just three times
