Continental lounges?

Does anyone know if there is a day pass available ($25/day) for Continental lounges? My mother and her disabled friend are traveling economy on Continental, and I'd love to have her friend have the ability to rest in the lounge while waiting for their next flight. He's got terminal lung cancer, so I'd like to make his trip as easy on him as possible.

And no, this isn't for a WDW trip, so don't worry about how the friend will take the exertion of the parks!

Yes; I was going to say that $25 sounded way too low. They were $35 per person per day, ten years ago. I'm actually surprised that they haven't increased in price that much. Also, FWIW, US Airways day passes are only $40.

Note that day passes do NOT include guest privileges.

Depending on how long thier layover is, they might not even really have time. I'm assuming that they will be elcetric carting them through the airport--which means they will have to wait at the arrival gate for the cart, and if it's busy, that could take 10-15 minutes. They'll want them at the next gate half an hour in advance. So that's an hour between flights, when you count the transit time between gates.

Also, sometimes the gates are scattered through different terminals, and the club could be in an entirely different terminal. While it's a very nice idea, it may not be practical. Just some food for thought.

Thanks for all the assistance! I think $180 (2 people x 2 ways) is a little steep if it will be an hour or two of waiting.
