We returned from our land/sea vacation yesterday Sept 10th on Continental Airlines. When we grabbed our 27 inch suitcase from the baggage claim, we noticed the wheel was bent off from the casing. I went to the baggage claim office to file a claim. They said that if I emptied the suitcase in a private room, they would give me a new suitcase on the spot. The replacement was equal to my old one, except it did not have a Mickey on the front. Works for me. No inconvenience at all. This was at Newark Airport.
