Continental breakfast in rooms

We're staying at Comfort Suite Maingate East. They are supposed to offer a fairly good continental breakfast. Does anyone know if we can pick it up and take it back to our rooms? It would be a great way to save time instead of waiting for everyone to shower, etc. and then go down.

I have done this a lots of hotels and it has never been a problem.

I have not done it at the hotel you mention however.
